Plan a Visit
Plan your visit to Central College! It’s the best way to get a sneak peek at what a future at 812 University St. could look like. Please use the calendar below to select a campus visit date that works for you! Tell us what is important to you, and we will begin to arrange your personalized visit to Central’s campus.
During your visit, you can:
- Take a Campus Tour: A current Central student will give you a 60-minute walking tour of campus, including stairs. If you require accommodations, please contact our office at 641-628-7616.
- Meet With an Admission Counselor: A meeting with an admission counselor to discuss topics like: What makes Central unique, academics, extracurricular activities, financial aid and the admission process.
- Learn More About Scholarships and Financial Aid: A meeting with a financial aid expert to discuss affordability, scholarships, FAFSA and more.
- Talk With a Professor About an Academic Area: This 30-minute meeting will be with a professor from the academic program you select. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know a few days before your visit. This option is available during the academic year only.
- Attend a Class: This class will be with a professor from the academic program you select. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know a few days before your visit. This option is available during the academic year only.
- Meet With a Coach: This 30-minute meeting will be with a coach from the athletics program you select. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know a few days before your visit.
